Ingredients

Egg : 3

Bread :2 pieces

Turmeric powder : ½ teaspoon

Chilli powder :1 teaspoon

Chopped Onion :1
small

Chopped Tomato : 1 small

Chopped Green chillies
: 2

Chopped coriander :1 teaspoon
9.
Chopped curry leaves
:1 teaspoon
10.
Pepper powder :1/4 teaspoon

Oil :1 table spoon

Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
·
Break egg into a
bowl, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder & salt.
·
Beat the egg without
forming the lumps.
·
Then add onion ,
tomato , green chillies , coriander leaves
&curry leaves .
·
Give a good mix
& keep it aside.
·
Toast the bread in a
pan , remove and keep it aside.
·
Add the oil into the
hot pan and pour the egg mixture .( put
the pan on medium heat).
·
Cook for 1 mnt then place
the toasted bread over the omelette ,
remove the bread & keep it aside .
·
Cook the omelette for
one minute. Then place the plain side of the bread over the omelette & cook
for 2 minutes.
·
Now flip the omelette carefully by holding
both the bread.
·
Cook for 2 minutes on
a low flame.
·
Serve hot with
ketchup.
